Lastly, we recommend safeguarding your items from possible damage caused by heavy rains.

Free express shipping for customers residing in Italy and for orders that include one item (bag). Shipping for individually purchased shoulder straps costs 6 euros. Free express shipping has very fast average delivery times, typically within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email from the courier with the tracking number once the shipment has been made. This will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment. 

Returns for Customers in Italy and Abroad:
Customers, whether residing in Italy or abroad, may exercise their right to return products within 14 days from the delivery date, in accordance with withdrawal regulations. Returns are at the customer’s expense in all cases, under the following conditions:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the country of origin.

Additionally, a fixed fee of €10 will be deducted as a return handling charge, covering administrative, logistical, and quality control operations.

The refund will be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected, net of the charges mentioned above.
