Return and Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (the "Consumer Code"), Users acting as Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without the need to provide any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product.
This right applies exclusively to Users residing in a Member State of the European Union who are purchasing for personal purposes, not related to any professional, commercial, or entrepreneurial activity.
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must send an explicit declaration of their intention to withdraw from the contract, within the aforementioned period, by email to: hello@sofianardi.com
The User may use the standard withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
The deadline is considered met if the communication is sent before the 14-day period has expired.
Start of the Withdrawal Period
In the case of the purchase of a single item: the 14-day period begins on the date the User or a third party, other than the courier and designated by the User, acquires physical possession of the item.
In the case of multiple items delivered separately: the period begins on the date of receipt of the last item.
In the case of an item delivered in several lots or pieces: the period begins on the date of receipt of the last lot or piece.
Effects of Withdrawal
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Owner shall reimburse all payments received from the User, excluding:
return shipping costs, which are borne by the User, unless the Owner has explicitly offered free returns;
a fixed fee of €10 (ten euros), retained as administrative and return handling costs.
Return shipping costs, which vary based on the size/weight of the item and the customer's location, will be communicated via email during the return process.
Users may choose to use a courier of their choice, provided the package is properly packed and accompanied by the required documentation.
Any additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the standard one (e.g., express or insured shipping) shall be borne exclusively by the User.
The refund will be processed within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. The Owner reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or until the User has provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.
User Obligations in Case of Withdrawal
The User must return the goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date the withdrawal notice was sent. The deadline is met if the goods are handed over to the courier or authorized collection point before the 14-day period expires.
Returned goods must be intact, unused, unwashed, complete with all original labels, accessories, and packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Specifically:
Products that are damaged, visibly worn, stained, altered, washed, or missing essential elements will not be accepted or refunded;
If the returned product shows signs of damage, wear, or tampering, the Owner reserves the right to refuse the refund and will notify the User of the reason.
Users are therefore advised to pack products carefully to protect them during transport and to keep the shipping receipt as proof of return.
Limitations to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and that have been opened after delivery (e.g., underwear, swimwear, etc.);
customized or tailor-made goods based on the User’s specifications.
