“WHO ARE YOU WHEN NOBODY'S WATCHING?”
SOFIA è un percorso alla scoperta di chi siamo quando siamo soli, quando ci svestiamo dei nostri “titoli”, quando ci separiamo da “quello che dobbiamo fare” e ci concentriamo su “quello che vogliamo essere”.
SOFIA rappresenta chi sono io quando sono solo io. Sono “solo” io, Sofia. Come si manifesta la persona che sono? Cosa le piace, cosa sceglie?
SOFIA è un invito a considerare il gesto di vestirsi come cura terapeutica verso sé stessi. Cercare di essere veramente chi si è, accontentare la persona vera che vive dentro se stessi, che non conosce società e limiti e vive felice il suo mondo senza paura di trasmetterlo.
Una borsa non è più semplicemente intesa come un elemento pratico, ma come un accessorio che parla di noi, per noi.
Scegliere con cura è un esercizio per affermarsi, in quanto quella scelta resta con noi e si manifesta attraverso quello che indossiamo. Se la nostra scelta è coerente con quello che siamo veramente essa rappresenta un passo verso la realizzazione di sé stessi.
Prendersi il tempo di scegliere con cura ciò che ci emoziona ed essere coerenti con ciò che abbiamo dentro, perché ciò che scegliamo è manifesto di ciò che siamo.

S O F I A is intended as the sum of the “pieces” that make me who I am: self-discovery is an ongoing search for what we are, what we love and what truly represents us.
S O F I A is about connection and sharing: if this project resonates with your taste, it means we share something deeply personal. It means that something that belongs to you also belongs to me.
SOFIA is therefore an invitation to wear oneself with ease. To embrace and express one’s alter egos without fear.
THE TINGLE
The TINGLE is that subtle feeling of satisfaction when you look at yourself in the mirror and truly like what you see, because you have managed to align reality with your own expectations.
What we are drawn to is often nothing more than a reflection of who we truly are.
The Tingle is the confirmation of knowing oneself more deeply — a step towards fully understanding who we are. SOFIA is a means, a journey, towards reaching that feeling.

The imagery behind SOFIA draws inspiration from Italy in the 1960s - the economic boom, the revolution of cinema and the evolving music scene.
SOFIA is an enchanted and slightly melancholic interpretation of small-town rituals, wellbeing and the authenticity of tradition.
There was a time when people dressed through boutiques and stores with precise identities, choosing pieces intentionally and for specific occasions.
SOFIA is an invitation to rediscover dressing for the occasion - where life itself becomes the occasion.

CONCEPT OF NOSTALGIA
Once a moment has passed and there has been time to process it, we begin to understand its many nuances more clearly. This is why we look back at the past with affection: because distance allows us to notice details and subtleties that are impossible to fully grasp in the immediacy of the present.
If we could observe "from the outside" who we are, what we see, what we think and what we say, we would probably recognize much more easily the value and beauty already surrounding us. Slowing down means becoming aware of how much beauty exists around us — and how much beauty we are capable of creating.
SOFIA
Born in Veneto, Sofia Nardi studied Fashion Design at IUAV University in Venice, graduating in 2019.
During and after her studies, she worked in London both as a designer at OSMAN Studio and as a stylist at Hearst Magazines. In 2020, she collaborated in the foundation of EUTERPE and directed all creative aspects of the project until 2022.
Sofia launched her eponymous label in 2023.
