Express shipping usually requires 2–3 business days for delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from the courier including your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment at any time.

Returns for Customers in Italy and Abroad: Customers residing both in Italy and internationally may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date of the order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations. Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the country of origin.

In addition, a fixed €10 fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return handling, administrative operations, logistics and quality control procedures.

The refund will be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected, net of the above-mentioned costs.
